Where It Began

KISOCARE was founded in 2016 in Osaka, Japan, by a team that believed one thing above all: effective skincare ingredients should not be a luxury. The global cosmetics market was divided — expensive prestige brands with high-performance actives, and affordable options with inadequate formulations. We chose a third path.

Starting from a small lab in Osaka, we spent two years in research and development before launching our first product. Every formula was built around a single question: what concentration of this active ingredient actually delivers visible results — and how do we stabilize it for long-term use?

Our approach has never changed. Science first. Marketing second.

Every KISOCARE product is manufactured at our GMP-certified partner facility in Osaka Prefecture. Japan's cosmetic manufacturing standards rank among the strictest in the world — the same standards applied to pharmaceutical-grade production govern our factory's daily operations.

Raw materials are sourced from certified suppliers and tested for purity before entering production. Each batch undergoes stability testing under controlled temperature and humidity conditions to ensure the active ingredients remain effective through the product's full shelf life.

We don't outsource quality control. Our team is on-site at every production run.

Ingredient Integrity

We source only cosmetic-grade or pharmaceutical-grade raw materials. Each ingredient is evaluated not only for purity but for its compatibility with our formula matrix — because an active ingredient at the wrong pH or in an incompatible base simply does not work.

Our formulations include 0.1% pure Retinol, pharmaceutical-grade Azelaic Acid, stabilized L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), and high-concentration Niacinamide — ingredients proven in peer-reviewed research, delivered in concentrations that matter.

We publish full ingredient lists. No proprietary blends. No hidden fillers. What you see on the label is what is in the bottle.

KISOCARE order fulfillment and packaging

Fulfilled with Care

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our fulfillment center in Osaka. Our team handles each package individually — products are wrapped, sealed, and inspected before dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We ship internationally via tracked express courier services. All orders to the United States and Canada include duties and taxes in the listed price — there are no surprise fees at your door.

Our standard delivery window to the US is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Every order includes a tracking number sent by email.
