  • Do you ship internationally?

-It depends on the destination.

 Due to the COVID-19, delivery to some countries is currently not possible.

 

If you place an order from a non-delivery area, we will cancel your order and refund the payment soon.

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

-Usually your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placing your order.

 

  • How can I track my order?

 -Go to the order page you want to track. Select Track Package next to your order. 

 

  • Do you accept returns?

-We do accept returns.   Please see KISO return/refund policy for the details.

 

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

-Please allow at least 5 to 10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
